There are two primary causes for not being able to view a video:
Problem: Your browser does not have the latest video player.
Solution: Download and install Adobe Flash Player from the Corporate Adobe site
Problem: Your browser setting is preventing you from seeing the video because it is unsure whether it is safe content for you to view.
Solution: Instruct your particular browser to allow you to view the video.
Solution For Internet Explorer:
Click on “Show all Content”. Refresh the page with the video on it to get the “Show All Content” message to reappear.
Solution For Mozilla Firefox:
If the URL of the page with a video has a half-greyed-out shield symbol beside it, then you will need to click on the shield symbol to “disable protection on this page”.
Solution For Google Chrome:
If the URL of the page with a video has a greyed-out shield symbol beside it, then you will need to click on the shield symbol to “load unsafe script”
